- The framework agreement is subject to risk management expert services, which are utilized in project activities and continuous operations. The subscriber is the Helsinki Metropolitan Area City Traffic Oy (Kloy).
The main goal of risk management services is to strengthen urban transport strategic and Operational ability to identify, evaluate and manage risks as part of an organization's decision -making, projects and continuous activities. The aim is to ensure a systematic and expert implementation of risk management that supports the achievement of the organization's goals and compliance with regulatory requirements. The service to be acquired is described in more detail in Annex 3 of the invitation to tender.
The service is, in principle, ordered by dividing the assignments between three selected service providers as evenly as possible throughout the contract period during. The subscriber has the right to organize mini -competition between the service providers selected for the framework arrangement for work to be purchased over EUR 60,000.00.
The anticipated value of VAT on the acquisition throughout the contract period (including any option periods) is EUR 4,320,000.00.
Framework arrangement does not include the order or minimum purchase obligation and does not provide the service provider exclusive right to provide the service to the subscriber. The subscriber shall obtain the service as needed on the basis of separate orders.
