Description:
The contract includes the works of the construction of Ritarikatu to the extent indicated in the contract documents. The project will build water supply, cable piping, green works and repave the street area. The developer is the Public Areas service of the city of Helsinki's urban environment department, which also operates YSE 98. The type of contract is a total contract, where the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor in the position of the main contractor as intended by YSE and the legislation. The contractor is responsible for site management duties and site services. Purchases and works not part of the contract further procurement by the developer is specified in section 3.4 of the contract program. The work can be started when the contract contract has been signed, however, the work must start no later than two weeks after the contract is signed. The work must be ready and received by the authorities and inspectors the inspections required by the institutions held as approved on 30 October 2026. The work will be carried out as a total price contract. The work site will be carried out in its entirety as a low-emission construction site, the requirements of which can be found in the contract boundary appendix. The amounts presented in the plans are not binding on the customer. The contractor will be selected the bidder who gave the most economically advantageous offer. In terms of overall economy, the most economical offer is the offer that is the cheapest in terms of price among the offers that meet the requirements for the suitability of the offerer set by the developer.
