Description:
The procurement notice concerns the so-called KPA heat center in Ritoniemi, Nurme. heating center contract, the exact description of which is presented in the tender documents. The thermal center produces district heat for the Nurmesi district heating network and replaces the current old 10 MW fluidized bed boiler on the thermal center site. The tender must be given for a contract consisting of one (1) KPA boiler with a nominal capacity of 10.0 MW, equipped with flue gas filtration and a flue gas heat recovery scrubber system. The fuels are wood fractions such as forest energy, bark and sawdust, and sawdustpeat. Light fuel oil is used as the ignition/backup fuel, which is taken from the current oil tank of the heating center.
The goal of the procurement unit is to sign the procurement contract for the contract by June 30, 2024, and to start lifting the equipment at the site by June 26, 2025 at the latest. The contract must be completed and acceptedadvantage by 28.2.2026.
