- The North Karelia procurement is requested to provide an offer for the Rääkkylä School HVAC planning tasks in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. A fitness survey has been carried out in the current school building in January 2025. It is clear from the fitness survey that repairing the building is not profitable. Based on the results of the fitness survey, the best option was to build a larger new building and to preserve the gym. A more detailed description of the implementation model in the project plan attached to the invitation to tender. The offer is binding and must be drawn up in Finnish.
