- The project will renew the Rämälä School heating system as a turnkey implementation. The tendering is carried out with open tendering. One contractor will be selected for the site who will work as a total contractor, the main contractor and is responsible for the site's occupational safety. Tasks include HVAC, Sun (SU) and construction work (RU), which are referred to in the attached plans. Work must be done continuously, in the timely interval. Summary summary of the system to be renewed: new heat pump systems will replace existing oil heating equipment. Old oil heating equipment will be dismantled in their entirety, including a tank.
