- Description:
- The procurement agreement covers consumer blades for road maintenance such as dental blades, hole blades and flat blades, as well as related accessories such as mounting wedges, bolts, flange nuts and wedges. The agreement has the right to purchase, to a limited extent, other substantially to the subject of procurement related products that have not been specifically identified and named in the tender documents. The agreement does not include a quantity purchase obligation, but the products are purchased according to the customer's needs. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the products it offers are such that they are suitable For the purpose of the intended use. Acquisition shall be made with a two (2) one -year fixed -term contract with the winner (supplier) of the tender.
