Description:
The object of the procurement is the street and area lighting works of the municipality of Eura in the scope according to the tender documents. The area of operation is the entire municipality of Eura. The actual contract period is 24 months in 2026 - 2027. After the fixed contract period, the option is that the contract can be changed indefinitely to be valid. The termination period of the contract in the indefinite term is 6 months for both contracting parties. The estimated start date of the contract period is January 1, 2026. The procurement procedure is open and the procurement has not been divided into parts. The main procurement type is contract and the procurement is national acquisition. The annual value of the procurement is approx. €200,000 (0% VAT) The procurement includes the municipality of Eura (later the Customer) for the construction of new street lighting networks related electrical work, tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of the already existing street lighting network, and street lighting for overhaul related measures. In addition, the procurement includes electrical work related to the lighting and other technology of the municipality's park areas, fields, sports areas, outdoor trails and other possible sites, as well as the preparation of electrical and lighting technical plans. The work is carried out as hourly work-based electrical work. The scope of the customer's lighting network is currently approximately 3,400 lighting points and 83 lighting centers.
