• Description:
• The service includes road marking works with road marking compound and paint in public areas of Helsinki and Espoo, as well as on the tram network. The sites are mainly located in the immediate vicinity of the tram tracks. Included in the service road marking works with all ancillary works and purchases done with pulp and paint. In addition, the service includes the removal of old entries on a case-by-case basis, if agreed. The goal of the competition is to select one contract partner with whom a framework agreement is drawn up, which is valid from 1 May 2026 to 31 December 2026. The contract period can be extended by two (2) one (1) year option periods. The option periods are 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2027, and 1 January 2028 - 31 December 2028. It is the Customer's responsibility to implement the option period under consideration. The subscriber shall notify the use of the first option period no later than three (3) months before the end of the actual current contract period and the use of the second option period no later than three (3) months before the first option period termination. The option is about the Subscriber's right, not an obligation. The framework agreement is based on unit prices. During the framework contract period, assignments are ordered according to the actual needs of the Subscribers. The framework agreement does not contain a quantity purchase obligation.
