- The procurement services of the Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (later POHEHe) requests for your tender in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes.
In addition to the wellness area of Northern Ostrobothnia, the Lapland Welfare Area (Lapha) is involved in the acquisition.
The invitation to tender is divided into four sub-region as follows:
1. Storage and Transport Roller
2. Roller Care Logistics
3. Heat hooded roller
4. Transport roller for brokerage products
The contract period is two (2) years and in addition any options one (1) + one (1) years.
The contracting entity decides on the introduction of options separately year at a time.
The contracting entity selects one (1) supplier/sub-area, the solution of which is the best price (most economically advantageous).
The acquisition volumes stated in the invitation to tender are estimated to be four (4) years of consumption and are notified to providers only
bidding in support of. The procurement agreement does not constitute an obligation to purchase for the contracting entity, but the actual consumption may
to be greater or lower.
