Description:
With this call for tenders, the Vantaa and Kerava welfare area (hereafter the Client) requests a tender for 24/7 service housing for the elderly from private service providers. This is the 1st opening of procurement. Service providers who have already been selected for the procedure can upon re-opening of the bidding procedure by making an offer:• Lowers the price of the service it previously offered • Submits an offer for a new unit or sub-site The customer acquires services in accordance with this request for tenders within the limits of the Vantaa and Kerava welfare area budget, which takes into account the welfare area's received from the state annual funding. The amount of the procured service may vary during the contract period. The customer is not committed to any purchase quantities. The subscriber reserves the right to organize the service also with a service voucher or to change the Service production to its own operation. The procured services are defined in more detail in the appendix "Service description of housing for the elderly 2025_1Opening", which describes the absolute minimum requirements set for the quality of the services to be procured, as well as describes the content and goals of the services to be procured, as well as the estimated need for the service. Round-the-clock service housing refers to the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014) according to housing service, which is arranged in housing units, where the staff is present around the clock and the customer receives treatment and care from the staff of the Housing Unit without delay and regardless of the time of day, even for their sudden needs.
