With this call for tenders, the City of Helsinki's social and health department opens for the first time a dynamic framework arrangement for round-the-clock service housing for clients under the age of 65 with multiple illnesses.ite arrangement has been established since the beginning of 2022.
The director of the hospital, rehabilitation and care services of the social and health department of the city of Helsinki has made a decision on the matter on 22 November 2021 §93.
Now in question, the dyna of 24/7 service housing for clients with multiple illnesses under the age of 65in the opening of the dynamic framework arrangement, a service provider who has not submitted a bid or has not become a selected service provider during the establishment phase of a dynamic framework arrangement can submit a bid and become a selected service provider. In addition, during the establishment phase of the dynamic framework arrangementthe selected service providers can submit a new offer for new operational units or sub-areas in connection with the opening of the dynamic framework arrangement. Service providers selected for the dynamic framework arrangement can present price reductions for the services for which they have a contract. Priceit is possible to make an invoice proposal (for the price of 2023) for the first time in connection with the opening of the arrangement in 2022.
The services to be procured are long-term service housing under the Social Welfare Act.
The estimated service need during the contract period is a total of 200-300 service housing places.
