With this call for tenders, the City of Helsinki's social, health and rescue department opens the dynamic framework arrangement for round-the-clock service housing for the elderly for the third time.
The dynamic framework arrangement for round-the-clock service housing for the elderly has been established at the beginning of 2021. HelsiThe director of the hospital, rehabilitation and care services of the city of gin's social and health sector has made a decision on the matter on 10 March 2020 § 41.
In this third opening of the dynamic framework arrangement for 24/7 service housing for the elderly, a service provider who has not submitted an offer orhas not become a selected service provider during the establishment phase of the dynamic framework arrangement or in its previous openings, can submit an offer and become a selected service provider. In addition, service providers previously selected for the dynamic framework arrangement can submit a new offer upon openingwith regard to new operating units or procurement sub-areas.
This opening of the dynamic framework arrangement is accompanied by the possibility of a price review:
- From the beginning of 2023, units selected for the dynamic framework arrangement will have the opportunity to present price reductions for the services from which theythere is an agreement.
- Other units already selected for the dynamic framework arrangement have the opportunity to present price reductions and price increases for the services for which they have an agreement.
