- The Southwest Finland ELY Center requests an offer to handle public transport services on June 7, 2027-6.6.2032 on the routes on the Parainen-Turku, Houtskari-Korppoo-Turku (more detailed in the appendix to the invitation to tender). The agreement includes an option to extend the contract for the period June 7, 2032 - 2.6.2035. Accurate The start of traffic and the end dates are determined by the school year. Traffic is procured under a gross agreement. The Gross Agreement means a public transport service agreement within the meaning of the Service Agreement Regulation (1370/2007) and the Specialty Area Procure Traffic subscriber. The traffic contained in this procurement shall be granted a separate administrative decision in accordance with the Service Contracts Regulation. The exclusive decision takes into account any longer -distance traffic through the part of the route. Ticket and Payment System Requirements The interoperability requirements required by the Transport Services Act (320/2017) are further described in the invitation to tender and in the annexes. The city of Pargas is involved in the financing of the acquisition. In the context of regional government reform and FICORA Traficom from the beginning of 2026. The transfer also applies to this agreement.
