Description:
The planning order under this invitation to tender is related to the partial renovation and refurbishment of the Botanical Garden of the University of Turku.
The construction site of the Turku Botanical Garden is located at: Ruissalo Puistotie 215, 20100 Turku.
Ruissalo Botanical Garden building technology and partially construction parts have come to the end of their life cycle and significant deficiencies have been found in the condition assessment. In addition, the aim is to meet additional change needs.
A more detailed identification of the project and its implementation is presented in the following Annexes to this invitation to tender:
- Appendix 1: "Technical Fitness Assessment"
- Appendix 2: "In addition to the fitness survey, the whole includes design tasks."
- Appendix 3: "Climate risk review"
-Annex 4: "Ruissalo Silmu"
The level of accuracy of data modeling is for general data model requirements 2012 (RT 10-11068) "Level 1" in accordance with Part 3.
The working language of the project is Finnish and all plans will be implemented in Finnish, unless otherwise stated in the design guide.
