Description:
The South Karelia welfare area is requesting bids for the LV (PU) works of the new Ruokolahti fire station building in accordance with the attached bid documents. The procurement also includes the site's cooling contract. This is a shared contract, where the HVAC (PU) contractor works as a subordinate in the project as a side contractor, with the contractor of construction technical works being the main contractor. In the project, the side contracts subordinated to the main contractor are, in addition to HV works, electrical works, IV, RAU. The aim is for the contract to start in January 2026 and end by the end of 2026 at the latest. Procurement unit aims for a maximum price of 350,000 euros (VAT 0%) for offers. The procurement unit has set aside 3,300,000 euros for the entire procurement, which includes all subordinate side contracts in addition to the main contract. If the maximum price of EUR 350,000 is exceeded in the bids, the procurement unit may reject the bid. The customer requires, that the bidder carefully familiarizes himself with the construction site with the customer's representative and the conditions and regulations concerning the construction area before submitting the bid. The tenderer does not later have the right to invoke the shortcomings of the contract documents in this regard. Familiarization visits must be arranged separately with the presenter of the construction site.
