Description:
The North Karelia procurement department requests a bid for the renovation of the service water pipes of the apartment building property owned by Ellin Kodit Oy in Joensuu in accordance with the tender documents. There are four apartment buildings with common areas on the site, of which the contract includes buildings 3 and 4. All works on the site (plumbing, construction and electrical works with auxiliary works, etc.) in buildings 3 & 4 belong to one HVAC contractor according to the contract tender documents. The site is Ruoritie 4, 80160 Joensuu. The contractor is required to familiarize himself with the site. The offer will be rejected if the contractor has not familiarized himself with the site. The contractor can familiarize himself with the site by picking up the key from Joensuu Elli's customer service or by requesting a tour of the site jutta.virtanen@ellinkodit.fi The work can be started no earlier than March 1, 2026 and when the contract contracts have been signed. The site must be completed by August 31, 2026 at the latest by. The work must be carried out continuously. The time used for work can be a maximum of 17 weeks. A more detailed schedule is recorded in the contract. The object will only be accepted at the time specified in the contract. Comments related to the schedule must be made by the contractor at the latest in the contract negotiation. The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The contract must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. structure, equipment, work and fire safety...
