• The purpose of the procurement is to prepare a storm water plan for the Siikajoki municipality's Ruukki Asemanseutu site plan area. On the basis of the plan, it must be possible to carry out the basic improvement of the stormwater system in the area and the renovation drainage in areas where there has been stormwater problems. Ruukki Asemanseutu's site plan area is about 400 ha, which has come into force in several parts. Most of the roads and buildings were built in the 1970s and 1980s. The storm water system has been implemented almost entirely with open drainage. Open ditches have been led mainly to Siikajoki and Ohtuanoja. There are no previous plans and information about the implementation of the system available as starting material for the stormwater system. There is no height or cross-section information about ditches and culverts. The source material is available plan and ground map of the planned area. The plan area has stormwater problems during snowmelt waters and long periods of heavy rain. The storm water problems are probably due to the bad condition of the main routes and culverts. Design work the goal is to prepare a stormwater plan for Ruukki's Asemanseutu site plan area. The main tasks of the stormwater plan are:1.
