- Kuopio's City of Elinvoima branch's Urban Engineering is requesting a total price contract bid for the construction of Rypysuontie and the underpass between Suurmäentie - Latutie in accordance with the tender request and the documents mentioned therein. The contract includes a bridge, construction of the street, lighting, cable protection piping and water mains. The site is located in a built environment in the Niuva (28) and Puijonlaakso (12) districts of the city of Kuopio on Rypysuontie between Suurmäentie and Latutie. Street and park areas are owned by the city and the area has a valid site plan. The construction site includes the construction of Rypysuontie's new underpass and other street works. According to the scope of the contract, the contract also includes the water main work of the Niuva-Puijo snowmaking water line and protective pipework for cabling that runs through the contract area via the underpass built along the outdoor recreation path. The form of the contract is a complete contract. The contractor of the civil engineering works according to this request for tender acts as the main contractor and the legislation intended as the main implementer in the destination.
