- Defense Properties is requesting bids for the water management contract for the Säkylä shooting range in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices. as the main contractor. The technical documents of the tender request material are available in the BEM project bank at the link below via: https://bem.buildercom.net/html/rfq2registration/index?rfqId=16652&guid=45dfeecc-ac6e-483b-b57d-52854c95ac59 The tenderer must register in the BEM system and download the plans included in the tender material through the project bank. the mandatory screening event as a target visit is Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. Meeting at Säkylä, Porilaistie 1 (P-alue, before the garrison gate). Persons coming to the screening must be notified no later than March 10, 2026 by e-mail to the address: juha.sorvali@puolustuskiinteistot.fi. The participation of the bidder's representative in the screening event is mandatory in order for the bid to be accepted. The bidder is recommended to register two people for the familiarization visit, so that e.g. one person is possible a case of illness does not prevent offering. It is not possible to visit the construction site at other times. Senaatti kinteistöt carries out the acquisition on behalf of Puolustuskinteistöt. Senaatti kinteistöt is responsible for the practical implementation of the procurement process. The procurement decision and contracts are made by Defense Real Estate.
