Description:
The demolition work includes the demolition of a three-story residential apartment building, its front yard warehouse and the asphalted courtyard road between them, according to the contract documents. All yard surface materials in the demolition area will be demolished (asphalts, tiling, curb stones, etc.). In addition, a barbecue canopy and the dismantling of playground equipment is part of the contract. Likewise, the removal of trees and bushes with stumps. the waste warehouse located in the courtyard of buildings 51 and 49 will be kept. The object to be demolished is located at Saarijarventie 51, Palokka. The form of contract is a complete contract. The demolition contractor is the main contractor on the site. The general contractor is responsible for the site management duties. The client has commissioned demolition and AHA surveys on the site. The scope of work included in the contract is presented in the work report, drawings and other contract documents. The documents complement each other in such a way that even in one document I work the work defined as belonging or the order related to the work is valid, even if it is missing from other documents.
