- ArcGIS geospatial service. ArcGIS Onlin/SaaS licenses and workstation and server software for the use of vitality centers and the licensing and control agency. The procurement subject to be considered in the procurement decision consists of licenses already in use in business, transport and environmental centers and other services. With regard to Saas licenses, users will be transferred to the vitality centers and the Licensing and Control Agency that will start operating on January 1, 2026. The procurement covers the needs of both agencies during the transition period 2026-2028 and uninterrupted operations continuation.
