Description:
The subject of the direct procurement is 63330 Safety lancets and micro blood sampling supplies for the YTA region of Northern Finland; the welfare regions of Northern Ostrobothnia, Central Ostrobothnia, Lapland and Kainuu, as well as for NordLab. The procurement period begins when the procurement becomes legally binding and ends when the new tender the agreements will enter into force, however, no later than 30.9.2026. Direct purchase will continue the contracts for safety lancets and micro blood sampling accessories, which ended on 30.9.2025. The contracts have been transferred to the welfare region of Northern Ostrobothnia on January 1, 2023. The basis for direct procurement is that the conclusion of the contract is absolutely necessary and the set deadlines cannot be met due to an extreme, due to urgency (procurement act section 40 subsection 2 point 4). the time needed to prepare a new tender. consideration The estimated total value of the acquisition excluding VAT for Northern Finland's YTA region and NordLab is 140,000 euros, of which Pohti's share is 75,000 euros for the period 1 October 2025 - 30.9.2026.
