OBJECTIVE OF DPS:
The objective of this dynamic procurement system (hereinafter also "DPS") is the delivery of safety technology systems, equipment and related services to the customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel).
The object of DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments, especially in Appendix 1 "Object of DPS".
DPS CATEGORIES:
The dynamic procurement system is divided into five (5) independent categories. The categories include the following product groups and the services included in each product group:
• Category 1. Overall service
- crime reporting systems;
- camera surveillance systems; and
- access control systems.
• Class 2. Crime reporting systems
• Class 3. Camera surveillance systems
• Class 4. Access control systems
• Class 5. Working time monitoring systems
A candidate can apply to several classes with one application. For the sake of clarity,It is noted that the candidate must submit the required attachments and reports showing the candidate's suitability for each category he/she applies for and compliance with the participation application request.
Example: The candidate intends to submit an application for participation in categories 2 and 3. The candidate must attach a completed participation listthe tabs of the reference form with which the candidate demonstrates the fulfillment of the suitability requirements for categories 2 and 3 as an attachment to their application.
If the candidate submits an application for participation in category 1. "Complete service" and meets the requirements set for category 1., the candidate can be accepted automatically...
