• This is an invitation to participate in the negotiation procedure to negotiate the City of Helsinki's procurement regarding the heating solution for Sakarinmäki school. During the negotiations, the material attached to the invitation to participate in this negotiation procedure will be reviewed and made the jointly necessary changes to it in accordance with the guidelines of the procurement notice. Those participating in the negotiation procedure will receive a final and binding request for tender after the negotiation.
