Description:
The city of Helsinki plans to implement a change in the heating method of Sakarinmaki school. The preliminary goal for the heating method change is to switch from the current heating method to a more energy-efficient solution during 2026. The City of Helsinki is asking bidders through this technical dialogue comments on the content of the Subscriber's preliminary procurement notice, which are presented in this notice. It is not yet an actual procurement notice, but a technical dialogue, the results of which will be taken into account in the actual procurement notice.
The procurement unit requests from potential bidders an opinion on whether the presented service model and the contract with its implementation methods and limitations are appropriate and feasible.
Bidders must present their observations and changes, additions or corrections on the comment form "Appendix 2. Comment form" attached to this advance notice. With the commenting form, the tenderer can comment on all the preliminary documents planned by the procurement unit and the implementation methods and limitations they contain, as modeled in the form.
