- Senaatti kinteistoet and Poolustuskinteistoet (later each separately the Client, together also the Clients) requests an offer for the delivery of payroll services that meet the needs of the procurement units as a service and the delivery of consulting services of payroll and personnel experts to the Clients. In additionthe procurement includes the use of the systems used in the production of payroll services, e.g. the payroll system for the Customer's HR personnel regarding the reports and functions described in the request for tender. Procurement is about the delivery, maintenance and development of the acquired entity. More precise ka description of the services to be procured can be found in appendix 1 Description of the object of procurement and in other appendices of the tender request.
Payroll services handle new, terminated and changing employment relationships and handle salary payments and salary checks. Salary services also respond to inquiries from pension companiesn employment and salary information, makes the employer's Kela applications and ensures the correctness of the tax information. Payroll Services is also responsible for the correctness of vacation entitlement information. Salary services handles the debiting of membership fees of AY unions with settlements and withdrawals from salaries. Payroll services handleIncome register information. Payroll services produce the agreed reports for the Subscriber.
The number of employees in Senaatti real estate is about 550 people and in Defense real estate about 700 people, in total there are about 1250 people in Senaatti Group.
