- Kerava city's urban environment department is asking for your offer for Salavapuisto's playground equipment (without installation). Salavapuisto is part of a fossil-free construction site project, where other ecological solutions are also comprehensively considered. Still hovering over the playground a touch of fairy dust that sparkles above the bronze Bambi designed by Jasmin Anoschki coming to the playground. The area's size and preliminary functions are described in the appendix of this call for tenders "Salavapuisto_leikkipaikka_pohja" as the implementation form of this competition is a reverse tender (so-called French contract). The ceiling price of the entity to be acquired is 80,000 euros (VAT 0%). In the competition, overall economic affordability is used as the basis for selection, which is based on the best quality (inverse competition). The bidder with the highest quality score is selected as supplier. Based on the competition, one (1) supplier will be selected. In the quality comparison, only play equipment will be evaluated. In the quality comparison, the maximum score is 100 points. The quality comparison is carried out by the children's council and the expert council. The evaluation sessions are separate from each other. The weighting of the children's council is 40 and the weighting of the expert council is 60. In the event of a tie, the children's council will choose the best successful bid.
