• Description:
• The municipality of Kangasniemi is requesting offers for the property Sorakangas 213-418-12-74 in the area it owns. The size of the designated area is approximately 3.56 ha. The target area is located in Rauhajärvi, the so-called In the Sorakangka soil area. Maps of the area and the expired take permit are attached. To continue taking soil from the area, the bidder must apply for a new soil permit. Provided permission is not granted, the transaction can be cancelled. The condition is that the permit case is initiated within four months of the transaction becoming legal. In the expired soil extraction permit, the extraction quantity is 120,000 k-m3. Soil materials have been taken during the permit 2393 k-m3. Quantity sold based on price. The municipal board has the right to accept or reject the offer.
