Description:
Salonkartano Service Centre, Koulutie 7, Oulunsalo, the interior of the service center is being renovated. In connection with the renovation, HVAC systems will be renewed. There is a total of one building at the site. The service center has a delivery kitchen, common areas, 38 apartments and in addition, the staff's work, social and break spaces and technical spaces. The total floor area in the building is approx. 3104 m2, of which the share of apartments in total approx. 964 m2. The building is partially 2-storey, but the main part of the premises is on one floor. The building is built in three phases in 1995, 1997 and 2001. The ventilation systems of the site are renovated, and the functionality is improved with a cooling solution. The site's heating system is balanced, the network is flushed, and the thermostats and heat distribution center are flushed will be renewed. Small space changes are also made at the site, and the necessary HVAC changes are implemented in the HVAC contracts.
