• Description:
• The city of Kouvola is requesting bids for the removal of sand from the city's traffic areas and property yards for the spring seasons 2026-2027 and for two possible option years (1+1). Bids are requested for self-managed works of the city of Kouvola of the necessary work machines with additional equipment and drivers. With the city's own equipment, sand removal is mainly handled in the traffic and green areas of Kouvola and in the Kymintehtaa district. With this purchase, the removal of sandblasting is purchased from contractual partners for a maximum of 1,400,000 euros (VAT 0%). The evaluation does not bind the subscriber to minimum purchases. The maximum value applies to the entire contract period, including any option periods. The subscriber places the orders as needed, and the contract does not constitute a right to specific ones to delivery quantities.
