- We are asking for your offer for the new towed horizontal fallow crusher that will be delivered to the SASKY / Osara rural education unit office. The fallow crusher must meet the following characteristics/requirements:-working width min. 440 cm-3 rotor and in one rotor 4 blades-counter blades-stone guards-frame hot-dip galvanized-roller frame-tires 27x8.5-15-blades working angle minus 15 - plus 45 degrees-Spare blades-Warranty min. 12 months-Finnish operating and maintenance instructions-operating training to be agreed separately at the time, the machine must be delivered to the address Huikuntie 33 39230 OSARA by 31 May 2026 at the latest. An offer cannot be accepted unless it is fulfilled all the requirements of the request for tenders. The procurement decision will be sent to all bidders by e-mail for information (bidders must indicate the said e-mail address in the bid). The procurement contract is not created by the assignment of the procurement decision, but requires a separate one of the written procurement contract. The procurement contract can only be concluded after the procurement has become legally binding after 14 days of the appeal period. A binding contract for the municipal corporation is created only when the procurement contract (order) has been signed. the right, if necessary, not to accept any of the offers received.
