- The acquisition is subject to SAP-user licensing licenses with maintenance. The audit made by CGI Suomi Oy, a supplier of the SAP HCM system in the Central Finland Welfare Area, has shown that the number of SAP-to-end licensed licenses is inadequate after the business transfers made. For this reason The welfare area has requested a bid for the system supplier 312 for additional licenses and maintenance. Acquisition exceeds Article 25 of the Public Procurement Act (1397/2016) intended for national threshold.
