The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area ("Purchase Unit") is acquiring licenses for SAP Success Factors software for their internal units and external service providers. The software is intended to enable the management of all employees in the welfare area (training andDevelopment discussions) and for training management also using external user groups. The need for administrators is estimated to be about 10 people. Needs of license:- Learning: 7700- Learning Functional Use: 800 (external users)- Performance and Goals: 7500 Option: License Increase: LicenseAs the need increases- Learning: 1000- Learning Functional Use: 1000- Performance and Goals: 1000 acquisitions are licensed by the existing system. There is no need for changes in the requirements of the system. The subscriber has the right to transfer the agreement unchanged to a third party,If the organization responsibility is transferred to another organization. The actual contract period 3.5 years and possible options 1 year + 1 year.
