Description:
The object of the acquisition is a qualitative antigen test kit for the detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus for the use of NordLab and its customers. The antigen test kit contains a sampling stick for nasopharyngeal sampling, a test cassette and other equipment needed to perform the test. Come on offerere to offer an antigen test kit for a nasopharyngeal sample.
The contract period is two (2) years, after which the contract can be extended indefinitely. The notice period is six (6) months. The timing of the next competition is affected by, for example, operation of the selected supplier, price development,and changes in the market or procedures.
The purchasing decision does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the purchasing unit, but products are only purchased in accordance with the actual need, which may be greater or less than estimated with this request.
If in products, their selection criteriaif there are significant changes in the affected properties and other factors, the SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen test kit will be tendered again. Plus all the different partsThe requirements regarding the bidder or the supplies to be procured, which require a response or have been notified, are mandatory requirements binding on the bidder.
