1 Description of the procurement and project information 1.1 DescriptionSASKY educational community corporation commissions Ammatti institute Iisakin Osara's workshop renovation work. The project is implemented as a complete contract. modification works as a total contract. The request for tender is in two parts, the primary modification works of the Workshop and possibly ordered as an option the modification works of the windows, exterior doors and wall structures of the facade, see section 6 Content of the offer. 1.2 Customer as customer of the project and the developer is the SASKY educational community association. 1.3 User The user of the building is the Iisakin Osara branch of the SASKY educational association association Vocational Institute Iisakin Osara. 1.4 The site The building is located in the SASKY educational association association Vocational Institute Iisakin Osara office at Huikuntie 33, 39230 Osara. A visit to the workshop will be organized on Tuesday 2 December 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Getting to know each other is also possible at other times, the time must be agreed in advance by e-mailing tauno.naukkarinen@sasky.fi and pertti.jalonen@sasky.fi1.5 ScopeRenovation of the workshop with materials as a turnkey contract. 1.6 Schedule The preliminary schedule of the project is as follows:- Visiting the workshop on 2 December 2025 at 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - additional questions by 4/12/2025 at 12:00 p.m.- the tender period ends on 9/12/2025 at 12.00- debriefing conference 10.12.2025- procurement decision 10.12.2025- Workshop modifications completed and acceptance inspection no later than 30.4.2026 The final schedule will be drawn up together with the selected contractor...
