The SASKY educational community group commissions the modification work of the Workshop of the Vocational institute Iisakin Osara. The project will be implemented as a turnkey contract. primary modification works as well as window and facade modification works that can be ordered as an option. The window and facade modification work offered as an option is detailed in the plans. 1.2 Client SASKY acts as the client and developer of the project. educational community association.1.3 User The user of the building is the SASKY educational community association Vocational Institute Iisakin Osara office. 1.4 Target The building is located at the SASKY educational community association Vocational Institute Iisakin Osara office at Huikuntie 33, 39230 Osara. An introduction to the workshop will be organized on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Getting acquainted is also possible at other times, the time must be agreed in advance by e-mailing tauno.naukkarinen@sasky.fi and pertti.jalonen@sasky.fi 1.5 Scope Workshop renovations 1.6 Schedule The preliminary schedule of the project is as follows:- Familiarization with the workshop 4 November 2025 at 9.00 - 10.00 - additional questions by 12.00 on 7.11.2025 - the offer period ends on 18.11.2025 at 12.00 - debriefing conference 19.11.2025- procurement decision 20.11.2025- Workshop modifications completed and acceptance inspection no later than 31.3.2026 The final schedule will be drawn up together with the selected contractor.
