Description:
The city of Sastamala requests offers for the city's standard services Kiikoinen-Vammala-Kiikoinen and Suodenniemi-Vammala-Suodenniemi, as well as for the service after 4 p.m. and intermediate transportation between standard services, such as school pool transportation and excursions. More detailed description and conditions of the service are defined in the request for tender and its appendices: APPENDIX 1 - Draft contract APPENDIX 2 - Confidentiality and security agreement APPENDIX 3 - Data protection agreement APPENDIX 4 - Contractual sanctionsAPPENDIX 5 - Route plan and scheduling of standard shiftsAPPENDIX 6 - JYSE 2025 SERVICES APPENDIX 7 - List of equipment (to be completed and will be included as part of the offer) Regular shifts are public transport open to everyone. In connection with standard shifts, school children specified by the Customer are also transported. The necessary number of seats are reserved for other passengers on public transport (at least 20% of the passenger seats). Morning and afternoon traffic shifts mainly take place on school days (approx. 190 days / school year), when traffic does not take place by default on weekends, public holidays and school holidays, e.g. summer vacation. However, the service provider is obliged to carry out traffic also on school holidays, which may be saturday On school closing days, the route and schedules may differ from normal. If necessary, the subscriber can also extend the standard shifts operating season, e.g. year-round Mon-Fri (including public holidays), in which case there are approx. 260 operating days per year.
