Description:
The object of the procurement is the scaffolding work done at the offices of Alva-yhtioet Oy. The most important work sites are located in the process environment or in its immediate vicinity. Racks are used for the installation, maintenance and repair tasks of the facilities' equipment. Scaffolding work also applies during annual maintenancenecessary maintenance scaffolding work and possible other needs. Larger scaffolding works of a project nature will be tendered separately.
The contract period is 1 April 2024 - 31 March 2026, after which possible option periods of 1 1 years. The possible use of the option is agreed upon in writing two (2) months in advanceend of the contract period.

The estimated annual need for scaffolding services is approximately 5,000 - 8,000 man-hours, which consists of the total working hours of the scaffold installer, auxiliary labor and foreman. Youthe need for scaffolding varies each year, and the Client does not commit to the estimated amount.
