- The city of Loviisa tenders school transport services. The city of Loviisa organizes a market dialogue as part of the tender preparation.
The purpose of the market dialogue is to give potential bidders the opportunity to discuss the implementation of the procurement and to give views and feedback on the procurement to support the preparation. The market dialogue includes an information event for potential bidders on 20 November 2025 at 15:30-16:30 at the Town Hall at Mannerheiminkatu 4, 07900 Loviisa. It is also possible to participate in the information event remotely via Teams, the link will be sent to those who have registered. In addition, as part of the market dialogue, potential bidders are given the opportunity to talk with the procurement unit in a one-on-one discussion session. According to the preliminary schedule estimate, the discussion sessions will be held in January 2025. All one-on-one discussion sessions are of the same length and deal with the same issues with each participant. The market dialogue may also include the opportunity given to registered potential bidders to comment on draft procurement documents.
The procurement unit asks willing participants to register for the information session 13.11.2025 by 16.00, for a one-on-one discussion by 15.12.2025 by 16.00, and to notify the willingness to possibly comment on the procurement documents by 16.01.2025 by 16.00 to the address hankinnat@loviisa.fi by e-mail.
