• This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a request for information to potential Tenderers. The purpose of the request for information is to survey the market and gather information and comments from Suppliers, so that a possible future tender could be carried out in an appropriate manner. The request for information does not ask for, and does not give, offers. Comments and additional questions presented to the procurement unit will not be answered. The request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement or implement it procurement as described in the request for information. The procurement unit is not obliged to take into account the responses received to the request for information when preparing the request for tender. Those who responded to the request for information will not be compensated for answering the request for information or for any for participating in the market dialogue event. Answering the request for information does not bind the Supplier to participate in the tender, nor is it a prerequisite for later participation in the actual tender.
