Description:
The acquisition is subject to the ERP system for school transport and the school transportation planning service. The ERP system for transport transportation can handle all student transport processes after transport decisions. The ERP system should be provided as a SaaS service.The procurement includes the deployment, support and maintenance services of the service and development work together with the customer. The ERP system must meet the needs of transportation, scheduling and routing, billing and archiving. The system should support transportationoptimization and management, digitalisation of different stages of transportation processes and integrations of different systems to ensure smooth operations. The aim of the acquisition is to improve the safety and data protection of student transportation, up -to -date and correct data related to student transportationprocessing, smooth flow of information and a real -time view between the various actors in the process, and improves the customer experience of caregivers and students. In addition, procurement is aimed at streamlining and accelerating transportation of transportation and allowing as optimized and cost -effective as possibleTransportation. The system to be acquired must comply and take into account the legislation and regulation that guides basic education and the provisions of the National Board of Education to organize school transport.
