Description:
The City of Forssa (also hereinafter referred to as the "subscriber" or "contracting entity") is requesting an offer in accordance with the contract notice sent to the Hilma announcement channel and its annexes for school transport services. This is the acquisition of school transport services for school trips under section 32 of the Basic Education Act,which the city should arrange. The service is relevant to the implementation of basic education. The invitation to tender applies to student transportation of the Forssa Urban Area and Koijarvi Rural School and school transport from Forssa area small groups to Forssa during the school year 2025-2026. The acquisition is divided into threesub-region. The contracting entity selects one (1) service provider for each sub-area with whom the contract is concluded. The service provider to be selected may also be a group of tenderers. The tenderer may offer one or more areas. Partial offers in the sub-area are not allowed.Inside the sub-area, parallel offers are not allowed. Alternative offers are not allowed. The contracting entity does not commit to the minimum purchases. The contracting entity emphasizes that the mileage amounts in Annex 1 and the anticipated values below are the contracting entitiesestimates. The service provider shall not be able to provide the service to the contracting entity. The length of the contract period is described in the draft contract attached to the invitation to tender.
