Description:
The acquisition is subject to scientific English language inspection and editing services for the needs of researchers, which HUS's business areas and units and researchers are commissioned by their own needs during the contract period.
There are about 1300 researchers in Hus, many of whom need at least Some kind of language management/text editing service for its research. It is difficult to estimate the exact amount of service because the researchers operate independently and partly through external research funding. Almost 70 doctoral dissertations and nearly 3,000 scientific publications are completed every year on Meilahti campus Most of which need at least some kind of language management/text editing service.
HUS does not undertake to order any specific number of services from the service provider by this Agreement and does not provide the service provider exclusive right to service to HUS.
For a framework arrangement to be selected for HUS Five (5) The most economically advantageous service providers, for whom language inspection and editing services in the order of tenders in the event of a capacity of the winner of the tender (points) are not sufficient, the language inspection and editing services are obtained In the competition for the next place from the service provider, etc.
Thereafter, the contract may be extended with one two -year during the option period.
