• The Pohjois-Ostrobothnia welfare area (later Pohde) requests your offer for screening mammography equipment in accordance with the request for tenders and its attachments. The object of the procurement is screening mammography equipment for the welfare region of Northern Ostrobothnia to legal regulations for breast cancer screenings in Kuusamo and Ylivieska. The procurement unit chooses one Supplier whose solution is the best in terms of price-quality ratio (economically speaking cheapest). The procurement contract is valid for two years, in addition to which possibility of a 1+1 year option. The subscriber decides on the options separately from use. In addition, the customer decides separately on a possible maintenance contract and its scope after the warranty period. The offered devices require the possibility of trial use by the user in the premises. The equipment consumption amounts stated in the tender request are the estimated consumption amounts for the procurement period. Estimated device consumption amounts will be notified to the bidder only to support the submission of the bid. The procurement contract does not form to the procurement unit quantity purchase obligation, but the actual consumption may be higher or lower. The procurement items are described in more detail in the tender documents. If the purchase is carried out, during the contract period the welfare area will allocate the funds this for procurements according to the procurement decision each year separately. Acquisitions are carried out each year within the budget within the framework. If the appropriation is not granted at all for a certain year, no procurements in accordance with the procurement decision in that year to do. ...
