Description:
Finnish Defence Forces (FDF) is participating in the military exercise Aurora 23 in Sweden. FDF is planning to perform the strategic lift Finland-Sweden and Sweden-Finland by sea. The same Contractor shall perform Pos 1 (T1) and Pos 2 (T2). The transport services the Tenderer shall supply : Pos 1 Transport assignment 1 (T1) Naantali (Finland) - Oskarshamn (Sverige) Pos 2 Transport assignment 2 (T2) Ystad (Sverige) - Naantali (Finland) Pos 1: Loading port: 1 sbaaaa Naantali (Finland) port, 1.5.2023 at 09.00 AM Finnish time Discharging port: 1 sbaaaa Oskarshamn (Sverige) port, 2nd May 2023 at 09.00 AM Swedish time Note that SSHEX UU shall prevail during this period. Pos 2: Loading port: 1 sbaaaa Ystad (Sverige) port, 11 th May 2023 at 01.00 AM Swedish time Discharging port: 1 sbaaaa Naantali (Finland) port, 12th May 2023 at 12.00 PM Finnish time Note that SSHEX UU shall prevail during this period. The Tenderer shall, in its Tender plan and execute the transport according to the above conditions. There is a need to transport about 1400 line meters rolling cargo and 600 passengers and therefore ROPAX is preferred. The Tenderer shall transport the cargo listed in Appendix 1. The scope of the load is described in Appendix 1. The cargo includes conventional goods according to preliminary cargo list (see Appendix 1). Changes may occur. The cargo includes hazardous goods classes 2, 3, 6, 8 and 9. Detailed information will be drawn up later.
