• Senaatti kinteistöt executes the acquisition on behalf of Poolustuskinteistöt. Senaatti kinteistöt is responsible for the practical implementation of the procurement process. The procurement decision and the contracts are made by Puolustukinteistöt. The object of the procurement is sea transport services Defense properties in the service areas of Eastern, Southern and Western Finland. The procured sea transports are related to passenger and equipment transports. Most of the islands have a pier where you can anchor, in some destinations the transport equipment must be able to to anchor at the ramp or unload the cargo in the natural harbor. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the object of procurement" of the framework contract model. More detailed information on the sub-areas can be found in the attached Framework Agreement Model Appendix 1 "Description of the object of acquisition". The supplier must recognize its environmental impact, strive to reduce emissions and the environmental burden caused by operations, and use resources efficiently. The issues are described in more detail in the framework agreement model. The editor can use a subcontractor or resource subcontractor for service production. If the supplier wants to use subcontractors, it must be stated on the ESPD form when submitting the offer. The bidder can make an offer for one or more areas. Presented volume estimates are based, among other things, on estimates of previous years' volumes and do not bind the subscriber in any way.
