The acquisition is the target service for electronic and printed seasonal publications. scientific seasonal publications, newspapers, professional and magazines, and low-and-free seasonal publications.
The service included at least the following Free Services: Ordering System, Basic and Support Services and Customer Services.
The acquisition is divided into two parts:
Part 1 Sanoma Media Finland Oy Publications
part 2 Other domestic and foreign publications
One supplier is selected for each area.
Publications of Sanoma Media Finland Oy
Acquisition The target is the commission service of Sanoma Media Finland Oy's seasonal publications. Through the brokerage service, the Defense Forces acquired newspapers, magazines and other seasonal publications published by Sanoma Media Finland Oy
The service includes at least the following free services:
order system, its Basic use and support services and customer service.
Other domestic and foreign seasonal publications
The acquisition is subject to the acquisition of other domestic and foreign seasonal publications (referring to all seasonal publications other than the seasonal publications of Sanoma Media Finland Oy). The Defense Forces can be purchased through the service, for example. scientific seasonal publications, newspapers, professional and magazines, and low-and-free seasonal publications.
