• TARGET OF DPS:
  The target of this dynamic procurement system (hereinafter also "DPS") is the production of security and lobby services for the customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel).
  The object of DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments, especially in the appendix "Object of DPS".
  CLASS OF DPSAT:
  The dynamic procurement system is divided into two (2) independent categories:
  • Category 1.
  • Category 2.
  A candidate can apply to both categories (1 and 2) with one participation application.
  If the candidate submits an application for participation in category 1 and fulfills the requirements set for category 1et, the candidate can be automatically accepted into category 2., if the candidate has indicated in the section "Procurement object criteria" of his willingness to also participate in category 2.
  DPS is valid until 31 December 2025, unless it is interrupted earlier. Hansel has the right to interrupt the dynamic procurement systemlife during its validity. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates can apply to participate in it.
  Hansel Oy's customers make procurements among the candidates approved for each category of DPS through DPS's internal tenders, which can be timed during DPS's entire procurementfor the period of the nta phase. The DPS procurement phase begins after the establishment phase on June 7, 2021, unless otherwise determined by the extension of the establishment phase, and ends when the DPS expires on December 31, 2025.
  The procurement contracts must be concluded before the end of the dynamic procurement system. The customer's procurement contract is void...
