Description:
Hansel Oy has started the preparation of the Security and lobby services 2026 dynamic procurement system*.
The goal is that versatile Security and lobby services can be procured through the dynamic procurement system:
The joint procurement includes the following services:
• lobby, reception and agency support service,
• alarm monitoring,
• law enforcement,
• local security,
• perimeter security,
• guarding construction sites and
• security check.
As well as the following additional services directly related to those mentioned above:
• valuable transports,
• key management services,
• remote monitoring,
• identity card service,
• personal protection,
• training, inspection and planning services (such as conservation management),
• wireless call button service,
• root user services and
• virtual lobby service.
This dynamic procurement system (DPS) will be divided into several according to the estimate at the time of publication of the advance notice to class.
In the pre-announcement phase, the categories are as follows:
- Class 1: Nationwide
- Class 2: Regional.
The aim is that the establishment phase of the dynamic procurement system will start at the end of March 2026.
