• Description:
• The municipality of Vihti, Tilapalvelu requests an offer for the security and control services defined below for the period 01.05.2026 - 30.04.2028 + possible option years. Prices without VAT are given for the services as required on the offer form, including everything costs. See section of the service description: Concepts/ Price. The object of the acquisition is real estate and business premises (sites) owned, managed and under the responsibility of Vihti municipality. The objects are listed in a separate appendix, which also includes the object's alarm types as well as whether the object is covered by perimeter surveillance (Appendix 1). The basis for selecting the service provider is the approved total price, arranged in order of affordability, which consists of the standard items of perimeter guarding (Appendix 1) and alarm center services combined of the calculated monthly price and the hourly price of guarding x 20 hours. The accepted offer must also include the set response times, based on which the level of the service provided can be confirmed. The customer also reserves the right to use a security company outside the contract concluded on the basis of a tender in individual cases. The implementation of possible option years is decided in accordance with the Vihti municipality's administrative rules.
